Redgo Development Announces Three Leases In Three Months At Continental Plaza In King Of Prussia

King of Prussia, PA — RedGo Development,  (RedGo) one of the region’s leading real estate development companies, announced the execution of three leases at Continental Plaza within the first quarter of 2008.  The addition of these leases brings Continental Plaza to over 80% occupancy.  

Glasgow, Inc, a provider of materials and general contracting services for heavy construction projects and highways, signed a lease in February for 1,500 square feet while Westwood Lumber, a wood supplier to millwork and furniture companies leased 709 square feet in March and in April, Pinnacle Alliance, a mortgage management firm, renewed 1,145 square feet for a three year term.

Continental Plaza is fully landscaped 10.88 acre park consisting of two, single story structures and three two-story buildings that total 100,000 square feet. It is located in Upper Merion Township, fronting 9th avenue and Moore Road in the King of Prussia suburban office sub-market, just a quarter mile west of the route 202/Route 422/Sckuylkill Expressway (I-76) Interchange and a quarter mile east of the Route 363 Exit of Route 422 (Pottstown Expressway).

Purchased in 2003, the property is currently listed for sale for an undisclosed amount. CB Richard Ellis is representing RedGo Development in selling the property.
