Pentec Health Expands Offices at Naamans Creek Center

UPPER CHICHESTER TWP., PA — Pentec Health, Inc., a specialty pharmacy company, has renewed an existing space contract for approximately 23,510 square feet. It has expanded those offices by an additional 9,000 square feet to fully lease 4 Creek Parkway, a 32,360 square foot multi-tenant flex building within Naamans Creek Corporate Center.

Jim Reading, a senior vice president of RedGo Development headquartered in West Chester, PA, announced the renewal and expansion in the building that was completed in early 2006. Under terms of the new agreement, Pentec will also occupy some 2,000 square feet in 3 Creek Parkway. Aggregate rental under the new agreement exceeds $3 million.

Pentec moved its operations to Naamans Creek Center from 106 Chelsea Parkway, Boothwyn, PA, in 2005 and was the first tenant to occupy space in the speculative building RedGo was developing at 4 Creek Parkway. There, it created a pharmacy/clean room that is being expanded under the renewal agreement.

Pentec Health is a specialty pharmacy company that offers niche therapies to patients. Its primary market is providing Intradialytic Parenteral Nutrition (IDPN) therapy to dialysis patients needing nutritional support.

Some 70 people including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, reimbursement staff, customer service personnel, dietitians, management and support personnel are employed at the Naamans Creek location. In addition to Pentec, other tenants located in 4 Creek Parkway include Clement Communications and Baker Residential Contracting of Pennsylvania.

RedGo Development has a record of leasing speculatively built space in Naamans Creek Center prior to completion of such structures, completing more than a quarter million square feet of speculative space within the office/industrial complex. Much of that space has been leased prior to receiving Certificates of Occupancy.

Fronting Conchester Highway (Route 322) just three miles from I-95, Naamans Creek Corporate Center is within a Local Economic Revitalization Tax Abatement (LERTA) zone and well positioned for companies that serve customers in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware or Southern New Jersey.

Firms located in the 125-acre, multi-building office and industrial center include Delaware Valley Surgical Supply, Novasep, Martin Baker, Centimark, NeighborCare, Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc., Office Basics, and Gehr Plastics.
